TFE- Thousand thickness (-3, -5, -6, or -10) … Specify with (WL) or without (SW) lining. Teflon ™ impregnated fiberglass fabric, composed of open yarn fabric and closed. Coated with high temperature silicone adhesive. Excellent electrical, mechanical and chemical properties. Used as the main insulator in electrical equipment and thermal sealing bars, channel / duct linings, joints, support surfaces, desktop covers, guide rails and roll covers. Low friction surface, abrasion resistant. Product normally comes with lining. Self-winding is optional at no additional cost (specify “unlined” by adding “SW” to the product number: TFE-6SW). TeflonTM coated glass fibers (without adhesive) are available (specify by adding “NA” to the product number: TFE-5NA). “NA” roll size: 37-1 / 2 ”wide x 36 yd or 18 yd long. Call for quotation. ROLL 1/2 “and 3/4” WIDE MUST BE SELF-WRAPPED. Operating temperature range: -100 ° F to + 500 ° F (-73 ° C to + 260 ° C). 3 ”plastic center.
