Need to check color, adhesive, or thickness before buying?

  • Samples are available on many SKUs.

  • Our team will confirm availability, cost (if any), and delivery timing.

    Expect a response within 24 business hours for order status, technical questions, bulk quotes, or billing issues.

4. Return Policy

  • 4.1 Wrong item received
    1. Notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery.
    2. Send clear photos of the product and outer packaging to in**@***********ot.com
    3. We will issue a pre-paid return label.
    4. Once the item arrives and is verified, choose either:
      • Free replacement, or
      • Full refund to the original payment method.

    4.2 Item damaged in transit

    1. Report the damage within 5 business days of receipt.
    2. Include photos of the damaged box and contents.
    3. A pre-paid return label will be provided.
    4. After inspection, we will refund in full or ship a replacement—your choice.

    4.3 Change-of-mind returns

    • Request must be made within 3 business days of delivery.
    • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
    • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
    • Refund is processed after goods pass inspection at our warehouse.

    Important: Returns requested after the stated periods cannot be accepted.

  • For critical projects, ALL TAPES DEPOT can supply lot-specific samples or certificates of analysis. Contact us for details on quantities, documentation, and freight charges.

6. Wholesale & volume pricing

  • Tiered discounts start at full-case, pallet, or container quantities.

  • Email your SKU list and target volumes to in**@***********ot.com for a personalized quotation (FOB Miami or direct-to-door options).
