Order Change

We begin processing orders shortly after they are placed. Once an order has been fulfilled and handed over to the carrier, we are unable to cancel or make changes.

Need to make a change?

  • If your order has not yet shipped, contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to update or cancel the order.

  • If your order has already shipped, we cannot cancel or modify it. However, you may return unopened and unused items for a full refund or exchange. Please refer to our Return Policy for details.

Important: To request changes or cancellations, please call our Customer Service team directly. Change requests are handled case by case, depending on the order status at the time of the request.
