Return & Refunds Policy 

At All Tapes Depot, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer flexible return options depending on the item, its condition, and the reason for return.

General Return Policy

• Returns within 30 days:
Brand-new items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.
Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable, and a 15% restocking fee may apply.
If the return is due to a manufacturing defect, we will cover the return shipping. Otherwise, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

• Store credit option:
Prefer store credit? Receive 100% of the product value, even if a restocking fee would normally apply.

• Partial refund option:
You can choose to keep the item and receive a 30% refund of the product price.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• Damaged during shipping:
Please send photos of the damaged item and its packaging. If your claim is approved, you may choose between a full refund or a replacement.

• Wrong item received:
If you received an incorrect item, we’ll provide a prepaid return label and ship the correct product at no extra cost.

Exceptions

  • Returns are not accepted for items delivered more than 30 days ago.

To begin the return process, contact our Customer Service team with your name, order number, and reason for return.

Once your return s received and processed, we’ll issue your refund or store credit.

Refunds are typically processed within 8–12  business days and returned to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
