How are Shipping Rates Calculated?
Shipping rates are based on the total weight of your order and the selected shipping method. We are committed to full transparency with all shipping costs.

Do We Ship to P.O. Boxes?
Yes, we do. Our system automatically selects the correct shipping method to ensure your order is delivered to the appropriate P.O. Box.

Where Can I Find My Tracking Number?
Once your order is placed, we select the carrier offering the best rate and fastest delivery. Tracking information—either from USPS or UPS—will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
If you don’t receive the email or misplace your tracking number, you can also access it through your account (note: an account is required).

International Shipping
Tracking availability for international orders depends on the destination country and carrier. If you would like tracking, please choose Priority Shipping during checkout.
Note: It may take up to 24 business hours for tracking numbers to be updated by the carrier. If your tracking information is unavailable, please allow at least 24 hours after the shipment date.

What If My Order Doesn’t Arrive on Time? 
Most domestic orders ship from our Miami, Florida warehouse and typically arrive within 8–12 business days, depending on your location, carrier, and selected delivery option.
