Acceptance of Contract Terms

1.-Scope & Acceptance

By accessing or purchasing through the ALL TAPES DEPOT website (“Site”) you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to these Conditions of Sale and all applicable laws. If you do not consent, please refrain from using the Site.

2.-Products & Pricing

Availability: Items may be discontinued at any time without prior notice.
Pricing: Displayed prices exclude shipping, handling, and applicable taxes. Metric widths are used (± 5 % variance vs. imperial).
Price Errors: Inadvertent price errors are corrected immediately; we will notify you before fulfilment.

3.-Order Acceptance

Orders become binding only when ALL TAPES DEPOT issues written confirmation. We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse service at our discretion.

4.-Payment & Credit Terms

Accepted methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.
Open terms are available to pre-approved accounts; late balances incur 1.5 % service charge per month (18 % APR).
Credit privileges may be suspended for insufficient annual volume or late payment.

5.-Sales & Use Tax

All state and local taxes for shipments into Florida (or other jurisdictions where required) are the customer’s responsibility and will be applied to the total invoice amount.

6.-Shipping & Delivery

Orders confirmed by 2:00 p.m. EST (Mon–Fri) ship same business day for in-stock items.
Expedited options (Next-Day, 2-Day) available at additional cost.
ALL TAPES DEPOT is not liable for delays caused by force-majeure events beyond reasonable control.

7.-International Shipments

Minimum order: USD 100.
Additional freight charges apply; customer bears all duties, taxes, and governmental fees.
Title and risk transfer upon delivery to the carrier or freight forwarder.

8.-Shipping & Handling Charges

All orders incur shipping & handling fees. These fees, including expedited freight, are non-refundable unless the error is attributable solely to ALL TAPES DEPOT.

9.-Warranty Disclaimer

Products are sold “AS IS”. ALL TAPES DEPOT disclaims all express or implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10.-User Feedback & Submissions

By submitting ideas, designs, or comments, you grant ALL TAPES DEPOT a royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide right to edit, publish, translate, and otherwise use such material without obligation or compensation.

11.-Promotional Codes

Promo codes are valid only for the period stated, must be applied at checkout, are limited to one per order, and cannot be combined with clearance or contract pricing.

12.-Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ALL TAPES DEPOT be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost profits). Total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product giving rise to the claim.

13.-Third-Party Tools & Links

Use of third-party tools or linked sites is at your sole risk; ALL TAPES DEPOT neither endorses nor assumes responsibility for their content or performance.

14.-Severability

If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remaining terms remain in full force and effect.

15.-Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under AAA Commercial Rules in Miami, Florida; any permissible court action shall be brought exclusively in state or federal courts located in Miami.

16.-Amendments & Waivers

No waiver or modification is valid unless in a written instrument signed by ALL TAPES DEPOT. A single waiver does not constitute a future waiver.
