Description
12.2 mil (0.31mm). 76 mesh. Military grade, polyethylene-coated
cloth with a low gloss finish, coated with a strong, natural rubber
adhesive. Excellent abrasion and water resistance, as tape is
composed of a water-resistant woven cloth and evenly coated
with a pressure-sensitive water-insoluble adhesive. Conforms well
to irregular surfaces. Clean removal on most surfaces. Tape has
superior tensile strength, yet is hand-tearable. Used for packaging,
box closure, and sealing, where water resistance is required. Peel
Adhesion: 21 oz/in. Tensile Strength: 40 lb/in. Temperature Range:
41°F to 95°F. Meets MIL Specification ASTM D5486M, Type IV
(supersedes PPP-T-60). 3” neutral core/carton.
