Product Overview:
The ATD-DC-BOPP is a high-performance double coated clear polypropylene tape, featuring a 1.1 mil clear BOPP film coated on both sides with a synthetic rubber resin adhesive. With a total thickness of 3.8 mil (0.097mm), it combines excellent adhesion and durability, making it ideal for mounting photographs, laminating, and industrial bonding applications.
The tape uses a gold siliconized paper release liner for smooth application and solvent-free adhesive, ensuring safe use and environmentally conscious performance. Known for its strong tack, tensile strength of 23 lbs/in, and elongation of 140%, it maintains reliable bonds on flat surfaces and withstands temperatures up to 140°F.
For high-volume users, it is available in jumbo rolls of 53.5” (1360mm) x 1200M, designed for efficiency in production lines.
