Description
Closed-cell, cross-linked polyethylene foam tape coated on both sides with a high-performance solvent-based acrylic adhesive or synthetic rubber-based adhesive. Excellent fast-tack sealing with high cutting properties for efficient operation and secure bonding. Resistance to moisture, mild acids, oil and grease. Excellent conformability and compressibility. Adheres well to textured and irregular surfaces. It can be easily cut.
Applications: Used for the assembly of identification plates, signs, small pieces of die-casting, mirrors, maps, etc. Used to dampen sound and vibrations in business machines, industrial equipment, packaging of electronic components and glass panel supports, gaskets, gaskets. Adhesive is recommended for outdoor applications due to its higher temperature, UV, weather, chemical resistance and plasticizer. The rubber adhesive system is recommended for high cutting requirements, as its fast grip nature is ideal for immediate load applications (mirrors) and for textured surfaces. The rubber system also exhibits greater adherence to low energy surfaces (some plastics, films).
